The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian government programme that provides funding to eligible people with a permanent and significant disability to access the supports they need to live a more independent, fulfilling life.
NDIS participants work with a planner to develop an individual plan that funds specific supports and services tailored to their goals and needs.
You can apply to the NDIS by calling 1800 800 110 or visiting the NDIS website. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you'll have a planning meeting to develop your NDIS plan.
Once you have an approved plan, contact us — we'll guide you through choosing and starting your supports right away.
No formal referral is needed. Participants, family members, and carers can contact us directly by phone, email, or our online form.
Support coordinators and allied health professionals are also welcome to refer clients directly — we have a dedicated referral process to make this fast and easy.
We currently provide services across all of Sydney, NSW. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, please call or email us — we're expanding our reach and may still be able to help.
We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours. Following our intake conversation, we can often commence supports within a few business days — subject to your NDIS plan approval and worker availability.
